Prepare CMA Intermediate in 4 months with CMA Intermediate Study Plan. We have also provided CMA Final Study Plan. This CMA Intermediate Study Plan is a day by day time table prepared for CMA Intermediate Students who will be preparing for CMA Intermediate Exams.
A proper guideline and plan are very important for a student to prepare for CMA Inter Exam. A study plan helps the students in all aspects to deal with exams. This CMA Intermediate Study Plan is for Both Groups. You all must have the same question i.e. ‘How to start?’ The Biggest problem with all! Don’t worry. Here’s the solution- the study plan for CMA Inter Both Groups.
Following assumptions have been made while making this Study Plan for CMA Intermediate Students.

you are going to study consistently

A minimum of 3-4 months of self-study is required to clear CMA Intermediate Both Groups. This Study Plan is for Both Groups and prepared accordingly.

Here we are giving CMA Intermediate Study Plan for 4 months that includes,

1^st Reading – 60 days
1^st Revision – 30 days
2^nd Revision – 24 days
3^rd Revision – 12 days
Final Revision – 5 days

CMA Intermediate Study Plan – 1^stReading

During 1^stReading finish all 8 CMA Intermediate subjects in the given period and make summary notes or download CMA Intermediate Notes during this period for revision purpose. Minimum 12 hours should be allotted for 1^stReading on a daily basis. “Consistency is the key here”.

⇒ Total time per subject = 90 hours

Make sure you finish all your subjects and notes making also cut down the number of sums to be practised next time by at least 30%-50%. This 30%-50 % will be of all the materials you will be referring for exams like institute material, Reference Books, MCQs classes notes etc.
E.g. Suppose in Marginal Costing 60 sums are there in total, try to cut it down to 35 to 40 sums for next revision, just don’t overdo it.

After finishing the first reading, the first revision will start from October onwards.

CMA Intermediate Study Plan – 1^st Revision

During 1^stRevision finish all 8 CMA Intermediate subjects in the given period and revise from summary notes made during 1^stReading. Minimum 13 hours should be allotted for 1^stRevision a daily basis. During this period also solve MTP, RTP and Previous Papers

⇒ Total time per subject = 45-50 hours

During this revision again cut down the number of sums to be practised next time by another 25%-30%. These 25%-30% reduction shall be from existing sums which were marked during 1^stReading.
E.g. Suppose in Marginal Costing there were total 60 sums and it was brought down to 40 sums during 1^stReading, now again cut it down to 25-30 sums don’t overdo it.

After finishing the first revision, the second revision will start from November onwards.

CMA Intermediate Study Plan – 2^nd Revision

During 2^ndRevision finish all 8 CMA Intermediate subjects in the given period and revise from summary notes made during 1^stReding. Minimum of 14 hours should be allotted for 2^ndRevision.

⇒ Total time per subject = 42 hours

During this revision again cut down the number of sums to be practised next time by another 25%-30%. These 25%-30% reduction shall be from existing sums which were marked during 1^stReading.
During this period just revise from the notes which were followed during 1^stRevision and solve previous attempt papers.

After finishing the second revision, the third and final revision will start from November last week onwards.

CMA Intermediate Study Plan – 3^rd Revision

During 3^rdRevision finish all 8 CMA Intermediate subjects in the given period and revise from summary notes made during 1^stReading. Minimum of 14 hours should be allotted for 3^rdRevision.

⇒ Total time per subject = 21 hours

During this period just revise from the notes which were followed during 2^ndRevision and solve previous attempt papers and Mock Test Papers.

For remaining days prepare Law which will be the first exam.

Tips for Writing CMA Intermediate Examination:

Utilise 15 minutes reading time very effectively to choose those questions which you are most comfortable with.
Total Writing time = 180 minutes
Provision for Normal Loss during exams = 30 minutes
Net writing time = 150 minutes
Time per 1 mark = 150 minutes / 100 marks = 1.5 minutes
So a 2 mark question should be solved/answered in = 2 x 1.5 = 3 minutes
10 marks question should be answered in = 10 x 1.5 minutes = 15 minutes and so on.

Remember, if you are going beyond this time schedule, then, you need to gear up
and adjust somewhere.
